A frequency of 0Hz~7GHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC features an enhanced 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package.There is a Strip package for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.There are 8 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.8-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 80mA in order to deliver its performance.
