Using the frequency of 10.5GHz~12.2GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package .Strip package is used for this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.32-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
