Using the frequency of 3.9GHz~4.45GHz, RF modulator operates.The enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to mount this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 24-pin.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 30mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
