HMC394LP4 Overview
The frequency of 0Hz~2.2GHz determines how RF modulator operates.RF IC with the enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Strip format.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 24 terminations integrated.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 194mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
