HMC493LP3 Overview
In this RF modulator, the frequency is 0Hz~18GHz.RF ICs with enhanced QFN packages are excellent with common characteristics.Bulk package is used to mount this RF modulator.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.This RF module has 16 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.This is a 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 96mA.
