RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 9GHz~16GHz.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The package of this RF modulator is Digi-Reel®.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.24-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 75mA.
