AD6676BCBZRL Overview
RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 20MHz~160MHz.This RF IC features an enhanced 80-WFBGA, WLCSP package .The Cut Tape (CT) package houses this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.RF module has 80 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.125°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -55°C.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 368mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
