The RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency 1GHz.RF ICs with enhanced 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP packages are excellent with common characteristics.There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.This RF module has 64 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.
