HMC534LP5 Overview
RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 10.6GHz~11.8GHz.Due to the enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .This RF modulator is mounted in the Strip package.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 32-pin RF module.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.
