TRF2443IPFPR Overview
In the 140MHz~175MHz 280MHz~350MHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.With the enhanced 80-TQFP Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 80 terminations integrated.A 80-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.
