Based on the frequency of 700MHz~2.7GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 6-XFBGA, WLCSP package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.4 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.
