PDU-C120 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-46-2 Metal Can packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 30V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 30V. Without light, a photodiode has 500pA current.
