PDB-V604-3 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages for safety purposes. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 75V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 75V continuously. A photodiode conducts 12nA current without light input.
