PDU-V106Q Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to protect them from damage. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 100V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 100V continuously. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 5pA current.
