PDI-V114-F Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to protect them from damage. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 100V. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 100V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 335pA.
