ODD-900-001 Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Digi-Reel®. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in SMD/SMT packages. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 170V. In order for photodiodes to operate, the temperature should not exceed 85°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -25°C as a minimum operating temperature. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 5nA even without light input.
