BPV21F Product Details

BPV21F Overview

As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-226-2, TO-92-2 Long Body packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 60V in continuous reverse-bias mode. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 60V. Photodiodes have a pin count of 2. In order for photodiodes to operate, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -55°C as a minimum operating temperature. ldeally, a photodiode should have a voltage of 1.3V. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 2nA even without light input.
