TFPT0805L5001JV Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0805 (2125 Metric) packages. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). PTC thermistors have 2 terminations. It should be possible for the thermistor to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating. The thermistor can theoretically supply 40V voltage when working. PTC thermistors produce 0.1W heat.
