TFPT0603L3300FV Overview
In order to protect the PTC thermistors from damage, they are packaged in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety reasons. There are 2 terminations on the PTC thermistor. In this thermistor, there are 2 pins. It is possible for PTC thermistors to provide voltages of 30V when they are operating. Ideally, this power loss can be transferred and conducted by the thermistor without it overheating. It is expected that PTC thermistors produce 75mW heat. It is recommended that the thermistor supply voltage be kept at 30V for reliable performance.
