TFPT0805L4701JM Overview
Into 0805 (2012 Metric) packages, PTC thermistors are put to prevent damage. In order to ensure the safety of these PTC thermistors, they are packaged in Tape & Reel (TR). Setting the minimum operating temperature of PTC thermistors to -55°C is recommended. If this thermistor is to work correctly, it must operate at 150°C. It has 2 pins. While operating, the PTC thermistors could output 40V voltage. Ideally, the thermistor should be able to handle and conduct this power loss without overheating. This thermistor can supply 40V nominally when in operation.
