PTCCL05H650FBE Overview
Into Disc, 5.0mm Dia x 5.0mm W packages, PTC thermistors are put to prevent damage. Setting the minimum operating temperature of PTC thermistors to 0°C is recommended. If this thermistor is to work correctly, it must operate at 70°C. It has 2 pins. This thermistor can supply 145V nominally when in operation. The PTC thermistors are designed for 300mA current.
