A frequency of 2.4GHz~3.55GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The package of this RF modulator is Tape & Reel (TR).On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 48-pin RF module.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.
