SE2601T-R Overview
This RF modulator operates at 2.4GHz~2.5GHz frequency.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 12-UFQFN package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Digi-Reel? format.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.12 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.A 12-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
