HMC204MS8GE Overview
This RF modulator operates at 4GHz~8GHz frequency.Due to the enhanced 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, this RF IC is excellent .In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Strip format.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.Integrated into this RF module are 8 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.8-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.
