Based on the frequency of 1.25GHz~3GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package.This RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) package.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.In this RF module, 8 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.This is a 8-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.
