RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 967MHz.This RF IC features an enhanced 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package .In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 28 terminations integrated.This is a 28-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.A minimum operating temperature of -30°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.
