MAX2121ETI+ Overview
In the 925MHz~2.175GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.RF IC with the enhanced 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.There is a Tube package for this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.28 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 28-pin RF module.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.
