The frequency of 2.5MHz 1.5MHz determines how RF modulator operates.Due to the enhanced 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.10 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.10-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.
