HMC447LC3 Overview
Based on the frequency of 10GHz~26GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.There is a Strip package for this RF modulator.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.There are 16 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.It is a 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 96mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
