STM32F101RFT6 Description
The STM32F101xF and STM32F101xG access line series integrates a high-performance ARM Cortex - M3 32-bit RISC core running at 36 MHz, high-speed embedded memory (SRAM with up to 1 MB and 80K bytes of flash memory), and a variety of enhanced Igamo and peripherals connected to two APB buses. All devices offer a 12-bit ADC, ten universal 16-bit timers, and standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to two I2C, three SPI and five USART. The STM32F101xx XL density access line series operates in the temperature range of-40 to + 85 °C with a power supply voltage of 2.0 to 3.6V. A comprehensive set of power-saving modes allows the design of low-power applications.
