STGWA40H65DFB2 Description
STGWA40H65DFB2 is a member of the V HB2 series of IGBTs utilizing an advanced proprietary trench gate and field stop structure. It is co-packaged in antiparallel with a very fast soft recovery diode. Its ability to deliver low conduction and switching losses makes this device able to maximize efficiency for a wide range of fast applications. It is supplied in the TO-247 package to save board space.
