SE2602T-R Overview
In the 2.4GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.Due to the enhanced QFN package, this RF IC is excellent .The Tape & Reel (TR) package contains this RF modulator.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -30°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.
