HMC-XTB110-SX Overview
A frequency of 23.3GHz~30GHz is used to operate RF modulator.The enhanced Die package makes it an excellent RF IC.The Tray package houses this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.This is a 0-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -55°C for this RF switch IC.
