MADR-010574-TR1000 Overview
Based on the frequency of 200MHz~500MHz, RF modulator operates.RF IC with the enhanced 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.16-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 10μA.
