MAFL-011023 Overview
A frequency of 5MHz~3GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced Module package.The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
