SI5341D-B-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED during reflowing. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 350MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. There should be 1.71V~3.47V provided with this RF synthesizer. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
