ICS507M-01ILFT Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. In the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator receives its inputs from Clock, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source.
