This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator.
