849N202CKI-017LFT Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 644.53MHz Max. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock generator ic works with 2.375V~3.465V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. LVDS is designed for clock generator's output. This electronic part is a member of the FemtoClock? NG series.
