CDCV855PWG4 Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. In the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 28 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 2.5V. In this clock generator, SSTL-2 is used as the input to the clock. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 2.7V. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 2.3V to be safe. As long as there are 2.3V~2.7V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. The temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable performance. This electronic component can be classified as a PLL Clock Driver. Microprocessors are specifically designed to use this clock-generating IC, which has a 28-bit output. Related electrical parts can be found for the base part number CDCV855. The frequency generator is equipped with 28 pins. In terms of the supply voltage, analog clock generator can handle 2.5V volts. Clock Drivers-type frequency generators are usually classified as this type. The output frequency is magnified as high as possible with 4 signal outputs. This clock generator offers low timing skew at 0.05 ns Max. By searching for parts that belong to the 855 family, you can find electronic parts that are similar. Using a frequency of 180MHz allows frequency synthesizer to achieve high efficiencies.
