SI5335D-B04626-GMR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
