SI5332AD08829-GM2R Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 333.33MHz. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.63V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA.
