The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi200MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
