SI5335D-B04348-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. Clock PLL synthesi200MHzes a high-quality 200MHz clock output frequency. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
