SI5340A-D07812-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 44 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. With this clock-generating device, 1028MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
