SI5335C-B02924-GMR Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. With ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
