In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced.
