SI5335A-B08897-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. The clock generator ic can synthesi350MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
