SI5335B-B03967-GM Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
