SI5332AD08840-GM2 Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. There is a clock generator embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part.
